Hi everyone , I want to create an approval workflow in Netsuite . I want to have a workflow that incase of an item of a certain category is added to a sales order, sends sales order to manager for approval . Is it possible ? Can anyone guide regarding this ?

yes there is an example workflow but there is no condition for item sublist available in it.. I want approval only for certain item belonging to a certain category

Ok, so you create your workflow, you add a conditional field (true/false) with false by default, then you check your sublist items with a sublist action, and update the conditional field if any of these item(line) categories match with your needs. In the end, you set the status as approved if false, waiting for approval if true.
