I created a custom tab for specific role (as well as admin), but one of my users cannot see it using that role, but can using admin. I gave myself that role and it shows up for me. I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to show up for him. Any ideas? Clearing cache didn't work either.

The displayed tab must have links to records/searches/reports that are not allowed for his role.
