I have two users who have the same role. One can see data in this Process Status page and one cannot. Any tips/tricks for what may cause the one user to not be able to see the submission data?

There maybe script which you need to update.. sometimes it works from same role because same user may have admin role from where would have downloaded the bundle and they are owner. Owners always have access to records.
