Important: Because of existing email limitations, excessively large search results are truncated before they are sent in email. Emails containing truncated results include a note stating that truncation has occurred. This truncation occurs if an email's size is greater than 5MB or if the number of results exceeds 10,000 rows. To include the maximum possible data in a search email, send results as CSV, which is the most compact format. Use of other formats causes email size to be larger.

I think you can use the persist results to get it to run and save on the server, then download it, then you can email it
or break your saved search into multiple searches somehow to reduce row limit
same thing happens in reports too, FYI

Try summarizing your results if you can. Leverage (Group, Sum, etc.). This has worked for me in the past. Or add criteria to remove results that don't add value.

There are a few good SuiteApps if you really need big single CSV files - we do and use Tactical Connect
