Hi, Is there a way to change the result of Overall total in saved search for a column?

Hi, i have a saved search that applied formulas and get sales difference percentage in the last column of my saved search,now the overall total is return correct for other columns i.e. Sales last year, Sales Ytd and Difference but for Difference % its making sum of all values in that column. I want Difference % column's over total to have a custom value. i.e. the formula needs to be applied on this field too.
