Hmm I'm not entirely sure then! Was worth a shot. I'm suspecting that show zeros box if unchecked works for accounts that had zero activity in all departments (or location, however you have columns set up) during the date range, and not just some of them. That's how it appears to be on our reports anyway, and we have it split up by department. If one department had activity on one account, then it shows zeros for all the others even though they didn't have any activity. It appears that the zeros don't show for any accounts that had zero activity company wide. I could be wrong, but that is how it appears on my end. Also, maybe look at the Activity only checkbox.
