Hi All, we are using gravity forms and CRM perks to push leads to Netsuite. When we push customer record with status as 'LEAD' data transfer fails. But when we push customer record with status as 'Prospect' or 'Customer', it goes through. The error message we get is quite confusing: "The entry was not added to Netsuite because: Error while creating Customer (You do not have permissions to set a value for element firstname due to one of the following reasons: 1) The field is read-only; 2) An associated feature is disabled; 3) The field is available either when a record is created or updated, but not in both cases.)."

@Puneet Solanki It is quite possible your Lead Forms and Prospect/Customer forms differ in terms of field setup (what field is mandatory, what field is read-only, what field is displayed, etc.) - I would suggest doing a comparison of the forms side-by side to understand the difference first. Not sure if you know which specific forms they are hitting - if you do not know then it would be the default form defined on the backend under Customization -> Forms -> Entry Forms or the default Lead form defined on the role that is pushing the leads

Thanks Neeraj, I am providing custom form number, category, and all required fields in the lead form. I change the form based on customer status I going to pass. I dont see 'Leads' in the drop down in gravity forms when I create an integration with Netsuite. I can only find customer in the list. I am guessing if this could be the reason.

Could be-not sure about gravity forms actually
