is there a native way in Netsuite to print a 'Master Picking Ticket'. This is where it combines all same itemID's and gives a total quantity. I have some orders that are 300+ lines long with the same item multiple times and I have a request to figure out a way to print just a master list of what is needed for the order.

No this is not native. You can try to make one yourself by created a custom PDF Template from a summary saved search. They are a bit tricky to get working but are very powerful once you get them setup right
