Question about a kit item.. One of the components is a service for sale and is marked "CAN BE FULFILLED/RECEIVED". When just manually hitting fulfill on the sales order I do not get that service item as a fulfillable line on the fulfillment. I've looked all through the help system, SuiteAnswers, and the interwebs but can't find any reason why. Does anyone have any ideas? I was able to add that service for sale on the SO then hit fulfill and was able to fulfill it that way.

A component of a kit wouldn't be fulfillable on its own, only the kit is fulfilled. If you want to have a service item as part of a kit and have it fulfilled separately then an item group would do the job.
