Quick question about the Date filter in saved search. Is it possible to set the Date filter with just one Date option do not want to choose From and To dates, just want to see/choose one date.

Yes in the criteria of the search set a criteria of Date is, or is before or is after Some operator that is not a range Your search will default to that but still allow users to change it
