Currently working on configuring SuiteTax in a sandbox environment to judge if it's going to be viable for the company.. we have several thousand legacy non-taxable customers and I need to figure out a way to transition them to Suitetax. I was able to manually configure a handful with Tax Registration entries. However I don't have access to set these up completely with CSV imports.

One of my customers had the same issue in the past. They had more than 3k tax exempt customers. We were able to trace the records that are created and fields that are updated when we use the “tax exemption” certificate page. Then we created a script to to process a file with exemption certificates data and replicate what the “tax exemption” certificate page does.
