Anyone have their own personal anecdote of how they transitioned to SuiteTax?

The main issue that we had was that we used Avalara to calculate taxes in Salesforce/Shopify and the NetSuite tax engine to calculate taxes in NetSuite. The amount calculated by Avalara was not always the same amount calculated by NetSuite. The issue was resolved by using Avalara for SuiteTax.

as a side note, if you decide to use Avalara, they don’t support tax override.
If you check the tax override box on the transaction, nothing is pushed to Avalara
