hello all, how can I detect using a workflow a change in the profile section of the my account of the customer?. Meaning, I need an email sent when the customer makes a change in either the address or the credit card of their my account. Ideas?

check if there is a change reflected on the System Notes.. if there is, then you won't probably need a workflow.. a Saved Search would suffice.
