Is there a script deployment I can execute to get my Electronic Payments Queue working again? Have a file partially processed (no action for 3 days) and all other items are stacked behind it in the queue. And will manually setting status to "Failed" let me get past the hanging file?

for those with this problem: you can simply fail *all* the queued files and then reprocess. They all have to be failed first or else they get stuck too
