Does anyone know where the Shipping Address gets sourced from on a Purchase Order record in a OneWorld account? Different purchase orders are getting different shipping addresses, and some of them do not match the address in any of our subsidiaries, nor our company information. We can't figure out where the address is coming from. It's our former address, which we haven't used in over three years, and it's suddenly popping up now.

AFAIK in One World, it'll be the Location record, unless the PO is created from a Sales Order (dropship), in which case it'll be the shipping address on the SO Transaction.

Thanks. This might explain some things. We made a decision early on to use Location as a custom classification (before that feature was available) and we do have some strange addresses in our Locations. I have to look through over 300 locations now to see if any of them have our old address.

If Locations are searchable, just export it and do Ctrl+F
