Hey guys, do any of you use the Box for Netsuite integration? And if so, how is it? Is it a suitable replacement for Transaction->Communication->Files? Or is it a bit more manual?

We use Box and are currently moving away from it to SkyDoc which we like. Served its purpose for many years, but it’s now slowing down records for us and I think they are no longer supporting any versions except the last one.

It suits our needs well. Their support is very responsive. I should clarify that we have two subs who have used SkyDoc for a year and that now the parent company is moving to it from Box. If you have any questions about functionality I’m happy to answer

Sweet! Thanks. Yeah, I might send a few your way sometime. We are slowly getting to the point where our file storage is filling up... and Netsuite charges quite a bit... so we might change things. I'm a bit wary about eating up those AWS charges though... still, for the amount of storage we are using, it probably won't be too bad.
