I'm trying to run a report of our COA with their subsidiaries and only want to display accounts where the subsidiary is not the parent subsidiary (we're a OneWorld account). If you a run a search and add the subsidiary as a result or criteria, it shows multiple lines per account - as in the each child subsidiary that is selected shows up on a different line. Is there a way to use a formula or something in the search criteria to avoid this?

If you use Group for that field as Summary type it will limit your list (make sure to use Group on each field though otherwise it will not appear)
