hello - we've selected adaptive as our reporting and planning tool. for the folks that have implemented adaptive - how challenging was the implementation and integration into netsuite? any pitfalls i should look for? do you have recommendations on implementation/integration partners? our current netsuite partner has only limited experience w/ adaptive. thanks.

I've implemented Adaptive. I did it way way back in 2010. The premise is simple and the integration is fine but the mapping...oh god the mapping exercise was awful and the interface made me want to cry...maybe its better now

Yeah, I came into my current company in April of 2018 and they're "using adaptive", but no one fully understands how it works, and frankly I've been able to get all the reporting I need for everyone directly from NetSuite, so we may be dropping it in the future. If you do move ahead with adaptive, I'd be really curious to talk to you or someone else who actually has a good handle on how it works to help me evaluate whether we can actually use or if it's not worth the money (it's costing us about 1/3 of our total NS licensing fees)

thanks for the info @C_Billings and @James Morris. unsure what it looked like back in 2010 but during the demos the UI and integration options looked pretty modern and simple/sophisticated. mapping is always a pain tbh - only saving grace is our CoA is small.
