Does anyone use external case entry forms? If so, how did you set it up? No login with token based authentication? I've been asked to create a web form for AnswerConnect.

@ahomsher Have you found the select capability doesn't work on default online forms? Not only is it entirely hideous, but when you select the dropdown, the close (X) box disappears from view and makes the entire page unusable.

is this on the website now? you can style it with CSS

it's not an issue of styling. there's no script or workflow attached. this is built-in netsuite and it doesn't work in chrome or ie. only firefox.
