How to find which saved search is sending emails out? What is the fastest way?
j
@Marygolds3 Maybe someone knows better than me. But IME, there isn't a great way to do it. I usually create a saved search of saved searches with the criteria of "Send Triggered Emails" is true OR "Scheduled" is true, then just look over the full list.
Also look at the list of scheduled reports, if you're not absolutely sure it's a saved search
I always put some text in the body of my saved search emails to the effect of "For questions or changes around this search or email, please contact your NetSuite administrator(s) and reference the [search name] search." Then I copy myself on all emails and use email filters to mark them as read and skip the inbox, that way I can easily go back to look at the searches going out later (and know/troubleshoot if it's not going out)
It's a pain, but it's saved me a lot of hassle in the long run

I found it thanks so much
I didn't realize i could search all saved searches by Send Email Triggered
Thank you
Good idea!!!!

note that email internet header also contains the internal id of the search
j
@Sam-I-Am Never realized that. Awesome tip!

FYI - search will only yield searches that are public or owned by the user.
no private searches

Piggybacking on this - no way to see which users are recipients for triggered emails, is there?
j
@Gregory Jones No, not that I'm aware netsuite
g
Was afraid of that, thanks though!
j
@Gregory Jones actually scratch that, I was reading your question too fast
The way to do this is to always mark your search as scheduled (just set it to run once in the past) and then you'll be able to see the direct recipients
The thing you can't do is see the recipients from results information

Ahhh, ok gotcha.
