Hello all. i need a little hand with publishing dashboards to employee center roles. im trying to do it for the first time and the option for global publishing is there but i do not have the abiliat to publish to the employee center role

What role are you using to publish?

administrator(here i can publish but only to standard roles) . but i have assigned the employee center role to myself as well and i dont even see the option to publish the dashboard at all.
