Hello - We just started using invoice grouping and I noticed that invoices are showing up to be grouped even if they are pending approval. Is there a way to limit invoices showing only when they are fully approved? TIA for your help.

Hi Laura. Only thing I can think of is on the Group Invoices page, you can customize the view, add status, and also add a filter for status so you can just look at approved invoices.

I second the suggestion to customize it to show only the approved invoices.
