Opinions on best way to get confident in NetSuite and implementations? Are NetSuite's learning courses truly the best way to learn (other than hands on experience) or have you guys found any training courses that really helped you excel in NetSuite.

@Ashlin NetSuite offers Learning Cloud Support Passes: which are a great option for new and experienced users. They have 100s of on demand courses, which include lab or full test accounts. Me personally, after 6 years of NetSuite Administration, having access to these lab accounts is still indispensable. You can play around, break things, explore different areas of the ERP, and just enjoy risk free practice.

I do have a learning pass but Ive never seen the labs in there. Could you point me to a link for one? That would be awesome to use, I think thats exactly what im missing when going through their videos. Im much more of a hands on learner, so this would help a ton. THANK YOU!

Are these lab accounts similar to demo or sandbox accounts? Or (not sure if youre familiar) are they like salesforce trailhead accounts where they give you a scenerio and then you can play out that same scenerio in the lab account and then check it?

Essentially sandbox accounts.
