Noob question — how do you remove an employee such that they don’t consume a NetSuite license? I marked an employee as inactive and revoked their login access, yet I’m still consuming the same number of
Full User Licenses
according to NetSuite’s billing information.

This method shouldve worked. Make sure the Give Access tickbox is cleared.

Hm, that’s strange. I only have one User, and of my three employees only one is active and has access. Yet my billing information still shows me as having 2 licensed users (this is a test instance, hence the tiny user count). Am I missing something here?

@Austin Cai is there anything hiding under your filters? If no, then that is strange and something isnt checking out. Removing the Give Access box shouldve done the trick, you havent done anything wrong. Maybe try the good old log out and in, clear cache etc.

Nope, I don’t have any filters applied. Re-logging in and clearing cache also didn’t do anything for me. 😞 Oh well, I’ll give it some time and continue messing around. Thanks for your help!

Have you removed the role as well?

I didn’t manually remove roles, but it looks like they were automatically removed when I removed access.

Austin, the billing information isn't updated immediately if I remember correctly. I think it updates daily or something like that.
