Hi, is there a way to have NetSuite send as default PDF attachments emails instead of html body email for sales orders? I know that is possible to do it at a customer level but is it possible to do it at environment level?

If SO, On the Sales Order under Communications Tab there is an Email button there where you can email the order as embedded email.

Went looking also and couldn't find an environment-level preference. However, you can set PDF as the default preference for all roles. This will apply to new users (and to existing users who have not previously set the preference) NS Help: Setting Role-Based Preferences
