does anyone know of a SuiteApp that generates invoices in bulk? Our team is using Print Checks and Forms > Invoice print but you can only generate 100 at a time. Send about 3200 invoices a month to a 3rd party print company so the team has to paginate 32 times and it is really slow. Plus people print stuff twice, save files wrong, etc. *yes, we have to print 3200 invoices (its a compliancy thing in our industry)

do you want all the invoices in one PDF? You could instead use a workflow to send each individual invoice

yeah, they need to be in one file. Our team has to print 100 at a time and then use PDF merge to put them into one file. HUGE time suck.

Sounds like a scripting requirement. Wild shot have you considered formatting the pdf output of a saved search of the invoices?

yeah, I went down that path but struggled with getting items to show on the template.
