couldn't find anything on suiteanswers so hoping someone may know...trying to test the WMS 2020.2 upgrade from WMS Lite in an account (in sandbox) and on the SCM Mobile app (in browser), I can't see any sales orders listed to pick, even though there are definitely SOs that are pending fulfillment

Questions: 1. Did you create and release a wave? 2. Do you see the pick tasks existing? 3. Are you using an outbound role? or admin? 4. Are the pick tasks assigned to you?

@Automatech thank you so much. It turned out to be the wave, we hadn't created one. Looks to be resolved now.

@Automatech any chance you happen to know if it's possible to use the new WMS without waves?

Only if you're not going to be fulling orders, in which case you will not need to create waves. Otherwise, they are required.
