Good Morning! I have a critical inventory issue that i need to resolve today. Hopefully someone can provide some insight. We did a large "stock Count" yesterday of about 1800 items. Accidentally, instead of approving all the counts that were made via the RF-Smart handhelds, we hit the "recount" button instead. This caused a new "directed count" to be created and dropped all of the qty counts that we have made. If I run a saved search for the original count, I can still access the quantities that were entered during the count. So, i have a few questions: • Is there a way to reverse the "recount" so that i can approve the originally entered qty counts from the count?
