Hey professionals can anyone help help me. Inventory profitability report shows negative QTY. SOLD for some items, can anyone tell me what's the main reason behind it? Thanks in advance

If you click on the qty and dive into the "detail", you would see negative qty being fulfilled because this is NetSuite's way of representing quantity leaving the system (shipping out and reducing on-hand). If you are seeing that on the "summary", I'm not sure. Would need more information.
