Guys, When creating Item Fulfilment for Sales Order, my operations manager wants the transaction as PDF automatically go to Customer, to notofy him, not a problem, as a simple workflow can do that. The only thing is that the attachment name is : packingslip.pdf rather than something like : Despatch Note.pdf that we would (I mean he would) prefer I see no option in workflow to change the attached transaction file name Any clues ?
