@jokell @jcribb Thanks, but I assume a normal question would be something like: when you use to work for X company you was in charge on this, can you give more details? The kind of question which look very weird to me is: what do you do? and what is your experience? (A question wide open like this one make me think you did not even read the resume you ask me for)...
