Same here, it's more to see how you communicate with me, if you just give me one or two word answers, if you seem really interested in what you do or did at your current or last job, to see if you're enthusiastic about it, or just blah and uninterested, if you seem like you're really interested in this position or if you're like the other hundred applicants that just put in resumes everywhere because they're not really interested in your position, just a position in general.
