Recipient/Third party account validation failed. ---- I am getting this error on saving of item fulfilment, my customer service person confirmed the account number, is there something else that it could be?

You mean the account number for the customer?
I presume this is on an integrated shipping label
And you are wanting to charge the customer's account - not yours

yes i want to charge the customer account, yes i get it when i check the intergrated shipping label

Is it happening for just that one customer?
I mean, it's entirely possible you still have a bad account number...
Maybe the customer is in arrears with Fedex/UPS and they disabled the account?
Or they did something on their end to disable it from being used 3rd party?

Yeah exactly my thoughts, something going on with FedEx/UPS and customer account number.
