04/23/2021, 6:26 PMThanks Kevin. The KPIs balance ( mainly IS) matches the generic IS , however I have customized another IS through report builder which usually give different balances. Trying to match the Balances of key performance indicators portlet to the balance of the newly customized IS

04/23/2021, 6:30 PMHere's some instructions on EBITDA - you can apply similar logic for income - including your modifications to how it is defined by modifying which accounts are included from a criteria standpoint.

04/27/2021, 12:35 AMWell if you used it exactly the same it wouldn't match. Did you exclude the accounts that you don't want?

04/27/2021, 12:37 AMAlso EBITDA is not income. It's income before taxes depreciation and amortization, so if those are part of your net income line then adjust formula accordingly. It was just meant as an example to get you started
