The owner of the company has a report that he views on his homepage. If that was added by him or by someone for him, is there any way to see, as an administrator, what it is that he is looking at? So that I can find the source and accurately tell him why it is saying what it is saying?

edit the setup of that portlet to view what was selected - then figure it out from there

yeah... he is in FL and I am in DE and I do not have his password. Seems strange that there is no way to see what a user in my system has on their home page...

I'd just webex/zoom share screen and edit/view it together.
