Hello all, I have a question on Online customer forms for CRM. It's my first time using external online customer new forms and I need It for my making online tender then see the results of which customer made highest or lowest offer. I've created a new form record but couldn't make It to system update my custom field on existing customer to data entered on online form. System creates every time a new lead. I opened "HANDLE DUPLICATE RECORDS --> Update the first record created" but still no change. Any suggestions? Thanks netsuite
