Hi, we would like to monitor the Sales team progress by monitoring the number of calls they make, emails they send and their conversion rates. Is this something we can do using Netsuite marketing/sales campaigns? Thanks for your insights!

If they create phone call records in Netsuite then you will be able to report on this using a saved search l
If they send emails to specific customers using the communication subtab on a customer you can also do a saved search to count these. You don’t need to use marketing campaigns
