Hi, I am facing an issue regarding Shipping type promotion on our SCA Website. We have a Shipping promotion which applies to the cart automatically and provides free shipping when the order total is over $150 . On the website it seems to be applied correctly but once the order is placed I still see the Shipping cost applied to the order. Does anyone have any pointers what could be going wrong ?

in my experience when this happens it's because of workflows or user events before submit
