Hi all! Question for the group. Can anyone point me to where someone’s able to change email template for orders placed by CS people within NetSuite? I found where to change templates for orders placed on the front end of the site, but customer service entered orders are still using an older template

Customization>Forms>Transaction Forms Then edit the form that is sending the older emails and change the "Print Template" and "Email Template" (advanced) or "PDF Layout" and "HTML Layout" (basic) fields to use the new template. You will have to change "Printing Type" depending on if you are using Advanced/Basic email templates.
