When trying to run gulp extension:local I get this error
s
They're warnings. Sourcemapping just makes your code look pretty in the developer tools when you inspect it (ie it breaks it up into individual files). NLRUM is the pre-cursor to APM. If you're not using it (which you almost certainly aren't) you can disable the feature in your account.
l
so.. that’s why I’m getting a blank page?
s
No
That would be a different problem
l
and what could be? I’m trying to run a test extension pretty simple and it’s showing blank page
s
I really don't know. I would check all the basics: correct node version, gulp version, you have run fetch, your domains/touchpoints are set up correctly.
I can't offer advice beyond that
l
I don’t get any errors… I even deployed the extension and it was succesfully but it doesn’t show up in the list of possible extensions to be activated
any other ideas?
I followed all steps related to fetch and checking the versions I’m using
f
if it does not show up in the list of possible extensions to be activated it´s probably because the supported version does not match your application version
Lucia followed up with my directly, just so if anyone is having the same problem, make sure that your extension or theme target version matches your application version. Ideally you should use "equal or greater than" when specifying the target version. These are the options you have: • 19.1.0 • >=19.1.0 • ^19.1.0 • ~19.1.0 This is documented in the help center
19.1.0 it´s just an example, you use whatever version your extension or themes supports

@LC I am not sure if this will help if you have setup a new domain check the navigation settings under configuration and see what links you have there
I started off by removing all the links except for Category placeholder
@Flo Meilan not sure if you had already assisted @LC
l
Thanks @Serge M! But @Flo Meilan already helped out with the issue and it was related to target version.

okay cool
