Is there an easy way to copy the configuration from one domain over to another domain? Both domains point to the same website (we are changing company name and domain)

Assuming you mean the configuration associated with a SC/SCA web store then the answer is yes. As Martin alluded to below, the configuration record is set up to deal with this use case directly (there is a Copy button for such a scenario). If it's an older site (ie one that uses configuration files) then you would need to copy those files

It is available for Elbrus. You should see it on the landing page after going to Setup > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Configuration

Try to copy the JSON inside of the Configuration record (SC Configuration). Copy the info related to your domain to the other one. Regards!

That is curious. As for copying the JSON directly, that is an option but not a supported one and comes with risks
