We want to make one of our roles able to view cross-subsidiary Items, but enabling that option doesn't allow users of that role to access the Items: Role checkbox [] "Allow Cross-Subsidiary Record Viewing" If this checkbox is not enough to make them able to access the Items, what else should I do?

Is there also other restirctions on the role, like department or location restrictions?
