<#C298P0BCK|> <#CFG7DNCM9|> Has anyone tried to use the Real ID workflow in Shopify while also using the Shopiy-NetSuite Integration App with Celigo?  It is causing lots of problems with the Refunds and Cancellations flow, so I'm wondering if anyone else has done this successfully...Thanks

Yes...like when the order is potentially fraudulent, then the Real ID app makes them take a picture of an ID to prove their identification

It causes the order to go on hold, then when the ID check passes the order is released.  If the ID check fails then the order is cancled
