Just curious what others are doing to track CRM communications in netsuite. Are your sales reps manually logging calls/emails/etc? Wondering if there are any integrations to help automate that so we can see all communication activity with our customers

Cloud extend by Celigo does an ok job with this

The integration/functionality is nice but I’ve heard mixed reviews from users on how practical it is to use   A lot of it just seemed like resistance to internal process change and not necessarily anything wrong with the tool itself. 

But I have heard it can be costly so make sure your teams really take advantage of it to get the full value

We don't use any integrations. Our sales team uses the "Event" record to track their activity with potential clients.

<@U02E4NKRX7H> CloudExtend has a massive update coming on August 6th that adds more functionality and automation. To <@U03GYQZTZDW> point, we do find some users thsat are simply reluctant to change and it is up to their managers to enusre they use the app.
We find that resistance goes away for 'most' users post onboarding due to the automation, ease of use, and reporting available for management that shows usage by user.
Sometimes it takes a stick, and sometimes a carrot. The carrot is often found a bit later once users appreciate having that relevant information in NetSuite and not locked in their inbox.
