@Cory Weiner CloudExtend has a massive update coming on August 6th that adds more functionality and automation. To @MGBC point, we do find some users thsat are simply reluctant to change and it is up to their managers to enusre they use the app.
We find that resistance goes away for 'most' users post onboarding due to the automation, ease of use, and reporting available for management that shows usage by user.
Sometimes it takes a stick, and sometimes a carrot. The carrot is often found a bit later once users appreciate having that relevant information in NetSuite and not locked in their inbox.
