Hi, Sam 👋 Thank you for responding. Maybe @Mark C is able to give me a hand with this. In order to be able to retrieve sensitive data from Amazon Seller Central (this is shipping addres, phone, email, etc.) I need to apply for an specific restricted role. The problem with this matter is that Amazon hasn't been very helpful at the moment of explaining what we need in order to succesfully apply to this role, and what we need to be compliant with. Any help here will be well received as I've already searched everywhere and I cant get anything.,

I think he used Netsuite's native connector (add-on) - he did a session on that at Suiteworld 2022. His company does sell through Amazon

I routed our Amazon Seller Central orders through Shopify via CEDCommerce. We use Celigo to connect between Shopify and NetSuite. This limited the number of connections into NetSuite and passes all of the necessary information fairly seamlessly. At the time I configured this we were using Seller Central for both FBA and FBM.

This is a role on the ASC side, Tom. To apply, you need to fill out a form providing details about your company and the application/connector.

We do use NetSuite Connector for both FBA and FBM. But if you're looking for a developer role/approval (for things like data pulls), that's a different beast entirely.

Hello Alejo, I would recommend checking out the Celigo Amazon-NetSuite integration app which would connect directly to Amazon's Selling Partner API, via our Prebuilt Amazon Seller Central Connector. I am sure you would see certain bottlenecks in your data by using the Shopify Integration with NetSuite for your Amazon orders. There are specific Item IDs needed from the Amazon Order that you will not see with routing via Shopify. Also, there is a Settlement integration baked in to the Amazon Integration App and other add-ons for FBA and MFN. Reach out to me or your Sales contact and we can coordinate a demonstration with you!
