<img> tag yes. Upload the image to the file cabinet and mark the checkbox

available without login

. On the image record it should then provide you with available urls to use. I usually place images like this in the

Web Site Hosting Files > Live Hosting Files > site

(then whatever folder you choose) and by default the files will be "display in website" and you can use your website url instead of a netsuite url. [assuming though that the company has a website hosted on NetSuite]
