<@U86RW6Q92>, sorry didn't see this until now. Yes it will work. My best guess is that you don't have the image "Available without Login" checkbox checked. Go to the file and make sure that box is checked.

Yeah, you would need to hardcode the url for how you are trying to do it. Normally for styled emails I create and load an email template though. That way, you define the body layout using the NetSuite UI.
