Makes sense. For us, we don't really need very fancy markaeting emails. We can use NS and adapt to it at least for now. The monthly subscription and the integration costs of third-party systems or sites are not justifiable for us at the moment.

I understand that, but the Unsubscribe page the user gets taken to cannot even be customised in NetSuite, and it looks like it is from 1990!
