Hello. Not sure if this is where I should post this. We are using NS standard Promotions. We want to create a promotion that gives 10% discount if the quantity of the item is 4 or fewer and 25% if it is 5 or more. Is there a way to handle this withing 1 promotion?

We have Advanced Promotions, and I'm pretty sure I would need two promotions/codes to make that work. One for Buy 4 Get 10% Off, and another for Buy 5 Get 25% off. You might be able to achieve this type of tiered discount using Quantity Pricing Schedules. Check Suite Answers about that.
