Some weird behavior is happening in our client's account.

used to show up by default in the results of saved searches, now it shows up for some users and doesn't show up for other users, I had to add it to the results columns, but now it shows up twice for some users. Also, for invoice saved searches, for example, customer fields in the criteria was called simply
Customer fields...
Now, the client complained it disappeared, after checking, I found that it is now called
Cliente fields...
while the other fields are still the same. How could this happen?

Looks like the user’s preferences are using another language. Second, maybe the “Show Internal IDs” is unchecked?

Show Internal IDs
for that user, thanks, that could be the reason, yeah. But the language didn't change. I opened a support ticket.

They might have accidentally set their preferred language.

That happened to my account too. I am sure that it is English.

Check your Setup>> General Preferences to see if any change was made to the language

Nothing was changed
It would change everything too. But it is just a few field names that got changed. The other fields and the whole UI is in English.

Hey @Marwan - could you try disabling the "NetSuite Field Finder" chrome extension and see if still shows the same names. I just want to make sure that's not causing your problem. I suspect it is not.

Hmm... could you tell me what countries these users are in? I'm the developer of that Chrome extension, so I'd like to fix this if it's causing problems.
